Sasaki sake brewery is the only one long-established sake brewery in Natori, which has a long history and tradition of more than 150 years.
Despite the heavily damaged by the big earthquake in 3.11, they were able to launch the earthquake reconstruction liquor “Yuri”.　”Yuri”was produced after The Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami to vow for the reconstruction of “Yuriage”. The rice wine is made from local ingredients: rice, yeast, and local water, and is produced at a local sake brewery. This delicious rice wine has a delicate refreshing flavor, and it leaves a pleasant aftertaste.Also, speaking of local sake of Natori, we have “Nami no oto” (means the sound of waves).
We would feel grateful if you would relish the local sake of stricken area accelerating reconstruction with the specialties of Natori. Fruity “Reiro”, Junmai Daiginjo “Roan” is also delicious.
